Policies and Rules

Booking appointments: All appointments require a debit card or credit card to reserve appointments. When booking your consultation, you are required to put down a form of payment to retain your appt. When booking your appointment, a deposit will be required. The deposit will then be added to your complete total due on day of service.

Your card will be charged for 50% of the service for an appointment that is cancelled within in 24 hours of your appointment and/or if a no show occurs. As we all know things come up, emergencies happen, however if you must cancel your appointment, please notify me via email at Traellehairsalon@gmail.com 48 hours prior to your appointment.

New Guest Consultations: Consultations must be scheduled prior to scheduling your color appt. If a consultation is not scheduled prior to your color appointment, the service will not be rendered. This is because an assessment has to be done, allowing me to
